Domestic Shipping:
WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS ABOVE ₹599/- ANYWHERE IN INDIA. For prepaid orders below ₹ 599, a shipping fee will be added. For orders above ₹ 599, Prepaid order is free of cost. Cash on delivery is available on all orders. For orders below ₹ 599, a COD fee will be added. For orders above ₹ 599, COD is free of cost. The cart value for both the above points will be calculated after the application of any discount or coupons. Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched and the tentative delivery time will be 5-7 working days from date of dispatched. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched on the next working day. During Festivals and lockdowns, there can be processing and shipping delays. Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses; rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
International Shipping:
For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon delivery. Cancellation of Order by LOHANA BROTHERS (bionine.in):
LOHANA BROTHERS (bionine.in) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or the payment has been received. 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by LOHANA BROTHERS (bionine.in) for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
COUPON TERMS & CONDITIONS Coupons are valid for a limited time only. Reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time. The coupon offer will not be valid until it is applied to the qualifying item. The coupon may only be used on www.bionine.in and in conjunction with the purchase of products shipped and sold by www.bionine.in. The coupon is limited to one coupon per customer. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value will be subtracted from the return credit. Lohana Brothers has no obligation for payment of any tax in conjunction with the distribution or use of any coupon. Consumer is required to pay any applicable taxes related to the use of the coupon. Coupons are void if restricted or prohibited by law.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team on carebionineindia@gmail.com In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 48-96 business hours. We have to mention here about wear and tear charges, shipping charges, return expenses, etc.
How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take? In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 48-96 business hours after receiving the cancellation request. In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 48-96 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 48-96 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of refund through BIONINE coupons, which can be used during future purchases.
What if I use discount vouchers or loyalty points during time of payment and I have to cancel my order? Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order. If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.
